Ethiopian Diplomacy in 2015: an appraisal

Of course, no foreign policy, even clear and discerning, is any good unless it is backed by effective and competent implementation. Performance is as important as coherence in drafting a policy. Twenty Stewards Saved Ethiopian Referee At Zambia

“ETHIOPIAN REF, YOU’RE STUPID, YOU DON’T HANDLE GAMES” Sports minister Chishimba Kambwili yesterday accosted Ethiopian match officials that officiated the Nkana versus Etoile du Sahel CAF Confederation Cup match calling them “stupid” and lecturing them how to handle matches. National Sports Council of Zambia figure Mwamba Kalenga was hovering around the minister who was being pulled away by security personnel.
